Hi, I’m Bryonna Sullivan, founder of Blooming Softly Therapy and Wellness. I’m a licensed Marriage and Family therapist in the state of Texas, passionate about helping women and teen girls heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Tuskegee University and my master’s degree from Alliant International University, experiences that have shaped my commitment to culturally responsive, compassionate care. I believe healing can be gentle, intentional, and rooted in self-compassion. Through therapy, speaking engagements, and meaningful resources, I create a safe space for you to navigate life’s challenges and build confidence. You don’t have to have it all figured out, just a willingness to grow. I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, and a client-centered approach to support individuals in creating meaningful, lasting change. My work focuses on helping clients navigate the challenges of adulthood, cultivate a healthy work-life balance, and manage stress and anxiety. I also integrate movement and mindfulness practices to promote overall well-being and a deeper connection to self.
